Made exclusively with three varietals; Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, ours is a traditional Amarone that is slightly less full-bodied than classic Amarone, elegant and unmistakable.
Alessandro Venturini
More than an agribusiness, they are a family of farmers, vineyard tenders and custodians of the land around them, faithful to the area’s traditions.
The Venturini family started the winery in 1963, putting to use three generations of experience and love for the land. Everyone’s gaze is fixed on nature, following and respecting its rhythms. Dedication and passion are the watchwords that inspire the whole family in their work.
From grandfather Antonio to his son Massimino and now Daniele, who manages the cellar activities, Mirco, who deals with the vineyards, and Giuseppina, who handles the sales. They are joined by Ilenia and Alessandro, the youngest members of the family workforce. Everyone’s gaze is fixed on nature, following and respecting its rhythms. Dedication and passion are the watchwords that inspire the whole family in their work.
In the heart of Valpolicella Classica the Venturini family owns about 15 hectares of vineyards trained as pergolas on the hills and Guyot in the foothills. One of its main commitments is to safeguard the terroir, which is also expressed in the maintenance and restoration of the “marogne”, the dry-stone walls that delineate the typical terraces of Valpolicella. The soils are light, calcareous and rocky; here, the traditional native varieties are cultivated: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
